Welcome to David Coleman & Co

David Coleman and Co Accountants, based in Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire offer a full accountancy and taxation service to businesses and individuals. We focus on being your trusted partner, assisting you in all your business and financial requirements.

Being local accountants, we are small enough to provide a personal service, yet large and experienced enough to deal with most accountancy and financial issues.

As we network both locally and regionally, we have positioned ourselves to become first contact point for our clients when business queries arise.

Cloud Accounting

With more of us being able to obtain information faster due to the internet, it seems that the same needs to be applied in our business lives.

With cloud based accountancy software, real time checking and analysis can be performed by your accountant or bookkeeper without them being in your office, cutting down on the time it takes to have work reported on, meaning business decisions can be made quicker.

The flexibility that the software generates means that long nights spent in the office are no more, as you can log in and check your accounts the same way as you check your internet bank balance. Some software even goes further, by linking with your business bank account, meaning that your bank statements can not only be automatically downloaded into the software, but the software can check the money received and paid against outstanding invoices, and suggest matches.

Cloud software means your record keeping becomes more efficient, so you can spend more time doing what you intended when you set your business up, whatever that may be.
